This is a drink inspired by the Indian mouth freshner , paan.

Ingredients to make Pan shot

  • 4,5 leaves (paan) , torn into small pieces
  • 2,3 tbsp gulkand
  • ,home mada pan masala 3,4
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
  • 2 cups vanilla ice-cream
  • 5,6  ice cubes

How to make Pan shot

  1. Home made pan Masala looks like this : Add pan leaves Coconut3 Tablespoon Gulkand2 Tablespoon Tutti Frutti Coloured Fennel Seeds
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.Pour equal quantities into 6,7 shot glasses and serve chilled.
