Ingredients to make Baked stuffed amritsari kulchha

  • 1.5 cup flour
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup spinach puree
  • 1 tsp kasoori methi
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • Pinch of hing
  • 1 tsp chop ginger
  • 1 tsp chop green chilli
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cup boil peas
  • coriander leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp fennel powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp amchur powder
  • oil for greasing

How to make Baked stuffed amritsari kulchha

  1. ADD YEAST IN LUKEWARM WATER AND ADD SUGAR LEAVE IT FOR 10 MIN.
  2. ADD SALT IN FLOUR AND TAKE THEM IN MIXING BOWL
  3. ADD KASOORI METHI
  4. ADD PALAK PUREE
  5. NOW ADD REMAINING FLOUR
  6. MAKE DOUGH BY ADDING WATER
  7. NOW ADD OIL
  8. AND MAKE DOUGH KNEAD IT 10 MIN.
  9. NOW OIL DOUGH AND COVER IT KEEP IN WARM PLACE
  10. NOW HEAT OIL IN PAN
  11. ADD HING JEERA AND ADD GINGER AND CHILLI
  12. SAUTE AND ADD BOIL POTATO
  13. AND PEAS
  14. ADD SALT AND RED CHILLI POWDER
  15. CORIANDER POWDER AND FENNEL POWDER
  16. ADD AMCHUR AND GARAM MASALA
  17. MASH ALL AND MIX FINELY
  18. COOK A LITTLE AND OUR FILLING IS READY ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  19. AFTER DOUGH DOUBLES IN SIZE ROLL DOWN
  20. CUT IT WITH ROUND LID
  21. SPREAD FILLING ON HALF OF ROUND DISC
  22. AND FOLD WITH REMAINING HALF PRICK IT WITH FORK
  23. GREASE WITH OIL OR BUTTER
  24. SPRINKLE SOME BLACK SEASME SEEDSAND BAKE AT180 DEGREE FOR 20 MIN. OR TILL IT TURN IN GOLDEN BROWN
  25. OUR CRISPY BAKED STUFFED KULCHHA IS READY TO SERVE
  26. SERVE IT WITH BOONDI RAITA,ONION AND GREEN CHUTNEY
