Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Refined flour 400 gram
  2. Curd 2 tablespoons
  3. Milk 1 cup
  4. Oil 2 teaspoon
  5. Baking soda 1 teaspoon
  6. 4..5 potatoes medium size
  7. Cottage cheese 200 gram
  8. Salt 1/2 teaspoon for dough and 1 teaspoon for filling
  9. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Green chillies 2
  12. Onion 1 Medium Size
  13. Ginger 1 inch
  14. A handful of coriander leaves
  15. Onion seeds 1 teaspoon
  16. Seasmae seeds 1 teaspoon
  17. Butter to spread on kulchas

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour in a big plate
  2. Add curd
  3. Add salt and baking soda
  4. Add milk
  5. Now knead a soft dough with the help of water
  6. Keep covered for 2 hours
  7. Mean while make filling
  8. Boil ,peel and mashed potatoes
  9. Mashed cottage cheese along with
  10. Add chopped onion and green chillies
  11. Add chopped green coriander leaves
  12. Add salt , chilli powder and garam masala powder
  13. Mix well
  14. Now take a small portion of the dough
  15. Roll it small and fill 1 tablespoon of potato mixture in it
  16. Seal it and roll like a chapati
  17. Wet from one side and sprinkle some onion seeds , seasmae seeds and chopped coriander leaves
  18. Now put on hot tava at medium heat
  19. Roast from both sides till golden
  20. Spread butter on one side
  21. Serve hot with chole , chutneys and pickles
