Ingredients to make Homemade aromatic ghee

  • Milk cream or malai - 2 cups
  • Drumstick leaves [handful]
  • Ice cubes - handful

How to make Homemade aromatic ghee

  1. DAILY COLLECT CREAM FROM MILK AND SAVE IT IN BOTTLE AND STORE IN FREEZER
  2. AFTER 10 T0 15 DAYS TAKE IT OUT AND ADD A SPOON OF CURD AND KEEP IN SAFE PLACE FOR 4HOURS
  3. AFTER IT RELEASES, FREEZE, ADD INTO MIXER JAR
  4. ADD 8-10 ICE CUBES OR ICE WATER
  5. NOT IN RUNNING MODE THE MIXER GRINDER, PUT IT IN PULSE MODE FOR 4-5TIMES
  6. NEXT ADD IT INTO A PAN
  7. TAKE BUTTER WITH YOUR HAND CAREFULLY, BUTTER WATER AND BUTTER ARE SEPARATE
  8. ADD BUTTER INTO ANOTHER PAN AND ADD WATER, NEXT SEPARATE THE BUTTER AND ADD INTO ANOTHER PAN
  9. BUTTER WATER IS USED FOR MAKING CHAPPATHI DOUGH AND NAAN DOUGH
  10. ADD BUTTER INTO A PAN, HEAT IT IN MEDIUM FLAME
  11. STIR IT WELL
  12. THE BUTTER IS FULLY CURDLE AND BOIL WELL
  13. IN THIS STAGE ADD SOME DRUMSTICK LEAVES, SWITCH OFF THE FLAME ,
  14. AFTER COOLS FILTER THE GHEE INTO GHEE STORAGE BOTTLE
