Ingredients to make Irani Raita - A persian Cuisine

  • curd- 2 cups
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped cucumber
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp raisins
  • 4-5 Chopped walnuts
  • salt to taste

How to make Irani Raita - A persian Cuisine

  1. Take a bowl, add curd and whisk it well.
  2. Now add cucumber, cumin powder, honey, raisins, chopped walnuts and salt and mix it well
  3. Add water to adjust to consistency of raita. Raita's consistency depends upon you :blush:
  4. Now garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it chilled :blush:
