Ingredients to make Soya chunks butter masala

  • onion 2 numbers chopped
  • tomato chopped 2 numbers
  • Soya chunks 2 cups
  • chilly powder 2teaspoon
  • coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  • cashews 10 numbers
  • cinnamon a small piece
  • cloves 2 numbers
  • cardamom 2 numbers
  • coriander leaves finely chopped

How to make Soya chunks butter masala

  1. IN A KADAI ADD OIL,ONION, CINNAMON CLOVES AND CARDAMOM AND SAUTE
  2. ADD TOMATOES AND CASHEWS AND SAUTE
  3. SOAK SOYA CHUNKS IN HOT WATER FOR 10 MINUTES
  4. ADD TURMERIC POWDER,CHILLY POWDER,CORIANDER POWDER AND GARAM MASALA AND SAUTE FOR FIVE MINUTES
  5. ADD SALT AND MIX WELL
  6. ADD PAV BAJI MASALA
  7. COOK IT AND GRIND WELL
  8. IN THE SAME PAN ADD GROUND PASTE AND SOYA. EXCRETE EXCESS WATER FROM SOYA BEFORE ADDING
  9. MIX WELL AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES AND ADD WATER
  10. LET IT COOK WELL AND ADD MILK OR FRESH CREAM TO IT
