Healthy tomato chicken

Ingredients to make Healthy tomato chicken

  • Boneless chicken legs : 400 gms
  • tomato puree : 4 tbsp
  • garlic : 5-6 pods, chopped
  • onion : 2 large, cubed
  • Broccoli : 1/2, chopped
  • Bell pepper : 1, chopped
  • Spring onion : a handful, chopped
  • olive oil : 2 tbsp
  • Cayenne pepper powder : 1 tsp
  • Basil (dried) : 1/2 tsp

How to make Healthy tomato chicken

  1. Heat oil & add garlic. Fry till the pieces turn golden in colour.
  2. Add cubed onions & fry till pinkish. Add the chop
  3. Add chicken, salt & cover to cook.
  4. As the juices start to dry up, add cayenne pepper, tomato puree. Mix well. Cover to cook.
  5. After a few minutes, add chopped vegetables. Sprinkle basil and mix well
  6. As oil starts to separate, add warm water.
  7. Cook till the chicken pieces are fully done.
  8. The gravy shall the thin & runny. Take out & serve with rice.
