Paneer Paratha

Ingredients to make Paneer Paratha

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • salt to taste
  • ghee
  • 1 cup paneer crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ginger grated(opt)
  • 1 finely chopped greenchilles
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tblsp coriander leaves chopped
  • water to knead the dough

How to make Paneer Paratha

  1. Knead the wheatflour dough using wheat flour ,tsp ghee salt and water to soft dough rest this 30 min
  2. For filling: Now in a bowl take crumbled paneer, salt , chilly powder, turmeric, cumin powder, garam masala, amchur pwd,ginger chilles chopped, coriander leaves mix well till everything combines
  3. Now make wheat balls from dough and roll them to 5inch and place 2 tsp filling and close it and again roll to parathas using wheat flour
  4. Heat tawa and fry parathas both sides using ghee or oil or butter till done
  5. Serve with ketchup /curds
