About Samosa Recipe

Samosas are one of the most preferred and famous snacks, so here is a recipe of how I make them at home.

Samosa

Ingredients to make Samosa

  • 500gm potatoes
  • oil 1 litre
  • ginger garlic paste 2tablspoon
  • 1teaspoon red chilly powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
  • salt as ur taste
  • amchur powder 1 teaspoon
  • Chat masala 1teaspoon
  • Dhaniya powder 2tablspoon
  • Souf 1teaspoon
  • jeera 1teaspoon
  • sugar 1teaspoon
  • Hara Dhaniya
  • maida 1/2kg

How to make Samosa

  1. Boil the potatoes
  2. Heat the 3tablespoon oil put in mainda add salt
  3. Nead the maida dough n cover it with wet mul mul cloth
  4. Chope the onion n green chilly fine
  5. Heat a little oil
  6. Add cumin seed Karri Patta n hing
  7. Let crackle now add onion n chilly
  8. Soute it till onion get brown
  9. Now add ginger garlic paste soute
  10. At this stage u can all dry ingredients n soute
  11. Now add finely chopped boil potatoes n soute
  12. At last add hara Dhaniya
  13. Let it cool
  14. Take maida dough make a equal part
  15. Roll it oval shape chapati cut it in two parts
  16. Give a samosa shape n fill the masala in it
  17. Ready all samosa n deep fry it

My Tip:

Samosa should be fry on low flame make sure oil in not so much hot
