Ingredients to make Masal vadai

  • Channa dal 1cup
  • garlic 2pods
  • ginger 1 piece
  • Green chilli
  • Red chilli
  • fennel seed
  • Chopped onion
  • coriander leaf
  • curry leaves
  • oil

How to make Masal vadai

  1. Soak channa Dal in water for 30min
  2. In a mixi jar add the channa Dal, fennel seed, garlic, ginger, red Chilli, salt and Crosley Grind it
  3. Add chopped onion, curry leaves, coriander leaf, green Chilli Nd mix it
  4. Take small balls Nd slightly flatten with fingers
  5. Heat oil in pan deep fry the vadas
