About Israeli salad Recipe

A simple and delicious salad which can be made in a jiffy. Finely diced vegetables distinguishes this salad from the others. Tossed with fresh herbs, seasoned with salt and pepper and given a lemon and olive oil dressing is an absolute salad treat.

Ingredients to make Israeli salad

  • cucumber - 1 large
  • Tomatoe - 1 large
  • onion - 1 medium
  • Yellow pepper - 1
  • coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  • mint leaves-3 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • olive oil - 3 to 4 tbsps

How to make Israeli salad

  1. WASH ALL REQUIRED VEGETABLES. ADD 1 LARGE, FINELY DICED CUCUMBER TO A BOWL
  2. NEXT GOES IN 1 LARGE FINELY CHOPPED TOMATOE
  3. 1 FINELY CHOPPED ONION
  4. 1/2 CUP FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER
  5. 1 FINELY DICED YELLOW PEPPER
  6. 3 TBSPS FINELY CHOPPED MINT LEAVES
  7. 1/2 TSP SALT
  8. 1/2 TSP FRESHLY CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER
  9. JUICE OF 1/2 LEMON
  10. 1/4 CUP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  11. MIX WELL
