  • Raw mango-1/2cup
  • coconut-1/4cup
  • onion-1/2
  • curry leaves-2sprigs
  • mustard seeds-1tsp
  • oil-1tsp
  • salt -to taste
  • water-as required

How to make Chickpeas sundal

  1. SOAK CHICKPEAS OVERNIGHT OR 12-14 HRS
  2. PRESSURE COOK WITH REQUIRED WATER FOR 1 WHISTLE AND IN SIM FOR 10MINS
  3. AFTER ITS COOKED
  4. DRAIN THE WATER AND TRANSFER IN TO ANOTHER BOWL. ADD SALT AND KEEP IT COVERED FOR 10MINS UNDISTURBED
  5. FOR THE SEASONING ADD OIL IN PAN AND ADD MUSTARD SEEDS
  6. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS AND FINELY CUT ONIONS
  7. ADD SEASONING TO THE BOILED CHICKPEA,GRATED COCONUT AND CUT RAW MANGO AND MIX WELL..
