About Cheesy veggie burger Recipe

Burger is nowadays all time favourite. I make this burger healthy by making it eith lot of vegetables and raw banana and also don't fry it but only shallow fry it.

Ingredients to make Cheesy veggie burger

  • 1 boiled raw banana
  • 1/2 cup chopped red,yellow,green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • coriander leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • oil for shallow frying tikkies
  • 3 buns
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp mayonase
  • onion and tomato slices
  • Salt and pepper for sprinkle
  • 3 cheese slices
  • Sauce for serving

How to make Cheesy veggie burger

  1. TAKE RAW BANANA IN A BOWL
  2. MASH IT
  3. ADD ONION
  4. ADD BELL PEPPERS
  5. ADD GREEN CHILLI
  6. ADD GINGER AND GARLIC
  7. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  8. MIX ALL OF THEM
  9. ADD SPICES AND MIX THEM MASH ALL OF THEM
  10. THEM MAKE TIKKIES FOR BURGER
  11. TAKE BREAD CRUMB IN A PLATE AND ROLL TIKKIES IN IT
  12. CUT BUN HORIZONTAL AND HEAT PAN ADD BUTTER AND ROAST BUNS LIGHTLY
  13. THEN ADD OIL IN PAN AND SHALLOW FRY TIKKIES
  14. COOK FROM BOTH SIDES
  15. NOW IT'S TIME TO ASSEMBLE BURGER TAKE ONE PIECE OF BUN
  16. SPREAD MAYO ON IT AND ARRANGE ONION SLICES
  17. THEN TIKKI
  18. PUT TOMATO SLICES UPON IT SPRINKLE SALT AND PEPPER
  19. COVER WITH CHEESE SLICE
  20. AND TOP WITH ANOTHER PIECE OF BUN
  21. INSERT A TOOTH PICK
  22. AND SERVE WITH SAUCE
