Bhel Puri

Ingredients to make Bhel Puri

  • Puffed rice murmure 1 cup
  • onion chopped 1/2 cup
  • tomato chopped 1/2 cup
  • coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • tamarind chutney 2 tbsp
  • 6.green chutney mint green chilli chutney 1 tbsp
  • chopped green chilli 4
  • curd a tbsp
  • Namkeen sev/choora as per taste

How to make Bhel Puri

  1. Take the puffed rice in a bowl.
  2. Mix chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, green chilli and salt.
  3. Add green chutney and tamarind chutney.
  4. Add curd to it.
  5. 5 add sev /namkeen
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Yummy bhel is ready to serve.
