Home made tutti frutti cakes are very healthy and tasty.Everyone loves to eat tutti frutti cake.

Tutti Frutti Cake(Eggless)

Ingredients to make Tutti Frutti Cake(Eggless)

  • maida 2 cups
  • Powder sugar 1 cup
  • butter 100 gm
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • pineapple essence 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • lemon zest 1/4 tsp
  • A pinch of salt
  • butter paper
  • Tutti frutti 4-5 tbsps

How to make Tutti Frutti Cake(Eggless)

  1. Bring a big bowl,sieve maida,baking powder and baking soda.
  2. Bring a bowl,add butter,sugar,milk,salt and mix it well.
  3. Add the dry ingredients into butter mixture and mix well.
  4. Add lemon juice,lemon zest,vanilla essence and pineapple essence,mix it well.
  5. Grease the mould with butter and add a butter paper.
  6. Pour this batter into the mould,sprinkle some tutti frutti.
  7. Preheat the oven at 200 degree.
  8. Put the mould inside the oven and bake it about 15-20 minutes on 180 degree.
  9. Now bring it out and cool it for 5-10 minutes.
  10. Cut this cake and serve .
