Ingredients to make Moong dal Cheela with Salad

  • 1 cup split green moong dal
  • Oats 1/4 cup
  • turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • asafoetida 1/4 tsp
  • Crud 1/4cup
  • salt
  • Green chilli 1 small
  • ginger 1 small
  • Chopped onion 1 small
  • Chopped tomato 1 small
  • Grated bottle guard 1/2 cup
  • For salad
  • Chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, red yellow and green bell pepper
  • olive oil 1 tsp
  • salt
  • pepper 1 tsp

How to make Moong dal Cheela with Salad

  1. TAKE 1CUP SPLIT GREEN MOONG DEAL.
  2. WASH THE MOONG DEAL WITH WATER.
  3. SOAK FOR 1 HOUR.
  4. GRIND DAL WITH 1GREEN CHILLI, 1 GINGER, 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, 1/4 TSP ASAFOETIDA, CURD & OATS.
  5. MAKE FINE BETTER ADD SALT.
  6. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS, TOMATOES AND GRATED BOTTLE GUARD.
  7. MIX WELL
  8. TAKE A BIG SPOONFUL OF BETTER AND MAKE CHEELA ON HOT NONSTICK PAN. APPLY OIL.
  9. POUR SOME OIL AROUND THE CHEELA.
  10. COVER CHEELA WITH LID.
  11. COOK THE OTHER SIDE OF CHEELA OR DOSA. COOK 2 MINUTES AND THE CHEELA IS READY TO SERVE.
  12. TO MAKE SALAD. CHOPPED ONIONS, CUCUMBER, TOMATOES, RED GREEN AND YELLOW BELL PEPPER.
  13. TOSSED AND COOK CHOPPED SALAD IN OLIVE OIL FOR JUST 2 MINUTES. ADD SALT AND PEPPER.
