Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/4 kg capsicum long slices
  2. 1 cup roasted peanuts
  3. Half cup white til shallow fri it
  4. 1 cup onion peices
  5. 1 ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 cup tomato puri
  7. 1 tsp Salt
  8. 1 tsp chili powder
  9. 1 tsp garam masala
  10. 1 birayani leaf
  11. 1 pinch haldi
  12. 2 tsp fresh cream
  13. 2 lavangas

Instructions

  1. Keep cadai pour oil add biryani leaf,lavang Fri little
  2. Add onions, put garlic ginger paste, tomato puri keep cook until raw Ness left over
  3. Add capsicum slices gently mix well
  4. Add haldi, cover lid for softening mean while
  5. Take mixy jar put peanuts,til make fine paste
  6. Open up lid add salt,garam masala,chili powder and pour nuts gravy mix well
  7. Keep cook until gravy leaves to the cadai add fresh cream n coriander..ready to dish out
  8. Take a serving plate put salan capsicum garvy garnish with creamy n coriander ready to serve
