Coconut milk alloo masala

Ingredients to make Coconut milk alloo masala

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 kg boiled potatoes cut diced
  • Half boiled Cup carrot peices
  • 1 berinj leaf
  • 3 lavang
  • 1 cinnamon peice
  • 1 ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Pinch haldi
  • 4 green chilies
  • 1 cup mint leaves

How to make Coconut milk alloo masala

  1. Heat in a pan pour oil add berinj leaf, lavang, ilachi Fri it comes out nice aroma
  2. Add chili slices,onions Fri as gold colour add ginger garlic paste ,mix up mint leaves
  3. Fri until raw Ness left,add tomato peices cook as soft
  4. Add potatoes, carrot peices,salt, chili powder,haldi, garam masala
  5. Pour coconut milk cook potatoes, carrots until get cooked gets nice aroma
  6. Coconut milk gives good texture and gravy..
  7. Ready to serve coconut milk alloo madala

My Tip:

Fresh coconut milk gives good taste..can use frogen milk also can use
