Eggless Suji Coconut Cake

Ingredients to make Eggless Suji Coconut Cake

  • maida 2 cup
  • Suji 1/2 cup
  • Desicated coconut 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • curd 1 cup
  • oil 1/2 cup
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Few drops of Vanilla Essence
  • sugar 1 cup

How to make Eggless Suji Coconut Cake

  1. In a bowl take maida, baking powder and soda. Sieve twice.
  2. Add suji, desiccated coconut in it.
  3. Grind sugar to powder in mixer grinder.
  4. Add yogurt, oil, vanilla essence and powdered sugar to the mix.
  5. Add milk to it. Mix well to make a smooth ribbon consistency batter.
  6. Grease baking tin, sprinkle some maida and pour the batter in.
  7. Bake at 200°C for 35-40 minutes.
