Ingredients to make Gulab Lassi

  • Yogurt/ Thick curd - 300ml
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Sugar - as needed
  • Rose syrup - 1 tbsp
  • Cashews chopped - few for garnish
  • Rose petals - optional
  • Ice cubes - plenty

How to make Gulab Lassi

  1. Add curd, sugar and rose syrup in a pitcher or large mixing bowl and blend till sugar dissolves
  2. Add ice cubes in a serving glass and pour in the lassi prepared.
  3. Garnish with some chopped cashews and rose petals.
  4. Serve chilled
