Boil milk properly.When it will start to leave bubble, switch off the flame.
Make it cool in room temperature for 5 minutes & then add vinegar to make paneer.
Drain out the excess water from paneer.Take a muslin cloth, tie up the paneer in it & leave it for 30 minutes.
After that mix semolina in paneer & mash it well.
Make small balls from paneer dough without any crack..Don't make big size because after boil it will double in size.
Make sugar syrup of 1 cup sugar & 5 cup water.Add green cardamom in syrup.When the syrup will start to leave bubble, add paneer balls in it & boil it in high for 10 minutes with lid.After that open the lid & boil it for another 12 minutes in medium flame.
Its ready now.Transfer it in another bowl & serve it hot ya cool as per your choice.
