Chicken Rasswala

Ingredients to make Chicken Rasswala

  • 1/2 kg chicken cut into medium pieces
  • 2 big tsp curd
  • garlic Ginger paste as per choice
  • 4 big onions
  • 4 big tomatoes
  • Any chicken masala 100 gms
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Chopped corriander
  • salt to taste

How to make Chicken Rasswala

  1. Make paste of onions and tomatoes in a mixer grinder. keep aside.
  2. On a medium flame put a large pot. Add 2 tsp of oil, add onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste and saute it till the oil starts leaving.
  3. Add chicken masala, chilli powder and keep stirring till the oil again starts leaving the sides, add curd and stir it for a while.
  4. Add chicken pieces, salt to taste and saute it. Add 3 cups of water, stir and cook it till chicken gets cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves.
