Delicious healthy smoothie full of nutrients and minerals .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup chopped , ripe chikoo ( remove the seeds )
  2. 1/2 cup fresh yogurt
  3. 2 ripened dates, seeds removed.
  4. . Almond slivers for garnish or nuts of your choice

Instructions

  1. Blend well till thick and creamy. Add a tsp of sugar if you wish . ( I have not added any sugar in this smoothie ) Serve with almond slivers topped. Tastes good when serve chilled.
