Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 medium size potatoes
  2. 2 heapad tbsp each of crumbled paneer
  3. 1tbsp of each khoya and thick malai
  4. 4-5 cashewnuts chopped
  5. 1 tsp chopped raisins
  6. 2-3 finely chopped green chillies
  7. 1/4 tsp suger
  8. 1 tsp coriender powder
  9. 1 tsp cumin powder
  10. 1 tsp red-chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tsp cardamam powder
  12. Salt to teste
  13. 3 tbsp cooking oil/ghee
  14. Oil for frying the koftas

Instructions

  1. Boil the potaoes till tender.peel,mash and add salt to teste.keep aside.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients for the kofta into a paste.make rounds of the potato dough and place a little of the prepared mixture in the center of each round.
  3. Seal the edges and shape into stuffed rounds.
  4. Deep fry each kofta till golden brown.
  5. Drain and keep aside.
  6. Add kofta in prepared gravy.
  7. Serve hot.
