Ingredients to make Mishti Doi with Blueberry

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup brown sugar/condensed milk
  • 1 cup or 230 ml yogurt (fairly thick curd)
  • 1/4 cup blueberry puree (optional)

How to make Mishti Doi with Blueberry

  1. Put everything in a microwave bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Then put it in the microwave for 1 minute, take it out at 30 seconds and mix it. Then put it again for 30 minutes.
  3. After this time, take it out and let it come to room temperature. Then put it in the fridge.
  4. Take it out after 2-3 hours, or best overnight and enjoy this sweet dish.
