Ingredients to make Peanut chutney powder

  • Roasted peanuts 1 cup
  • Roasted chana daal (dalya) 1/3 cup
  • Red chiili powder 2 tsp (more or less as per taste)
  • garlic cloves 6-8
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • salt

How to make Peanut chutney powder

  1. Grind everything to a coarse powder. Store in an air tight jar.
  2. The peanut chutney powder is ready to eat with Dosa, Idli, Upma, Akki rotti or Aval upma. It even tastes yummy with hot rice and ghee.
