Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cabbage 1/2 (cooking)
  2. Cabbage 1/4
  3. Carrot 2
  4. Onion 1
  5. Tamarind juice 2 tsp
  6. Salt as required
  7. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  8. Noodles 1 cup
  9. Colour powder 1 tsp
  10. Garlic 10
  11. Oil as required
  12. Coriander leaves as required
  13. For Grinding::
  14. Roasted gram 2 tsp
  15. Mutton masala 1 tsp
  16. Red chilli 4
  17. Salt 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In pan boil water.and then add colour powder and salt.
  2. Then add noodles.and cook till noodles gets soft.
  3. After fliter the remaining water from noodles and set aside.
  4. After flitering water .wash noodles with cool water.and keep it
  5. Chop the ingredients
  6. In pan heat oil add cabbage and carrot and cook for 10-15 min.and set aside.
  7. After add onion and garlic.cook well till onion becomes brown colour.
  8. Grind roasted gram,salt,red chilli,mutton masala.grind well.
  9. In pan heat little oil add grounded powder .mix well and keep it aside.
  10. In bowl add noodles, cooked Grounded powder,cabbage,carrot,fried Onion,garlic.and add chopped fresh cabbage,carrot,onion.mix well.
  11. Spicy Myanmar attho is ready to eat.
