First Gram flour mix with milk and ghee.
Leave it for 15 minutes.
Now fry it on medium flame for 10 minutes.
After 15 minutes sieve it so that besan granules form.
Now fry it for 3 mins.
Now take sugar & water in a pan.
Make a one string sugar syrup.
Now add khoya & besan.
Add cardamom powder also.
Cook till it separates the ghee.
Now grease a plate & spread mixture on the plate.
Top with chopped almond.
Cut & enjoy it.
