Plastics Chutney

Ingredients to make Plastics Chutney

  • Papaya slices 250 gms
  • Sugar 150 gms
  • Ginger juice 1 tsp
  • Gulab jal 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1/2 tsp

How to make Plastics Chutney

  1. The papaya slices should be boiled for a minute and then drain out the water.
  2. Now add sugar and stir until it's thick.
  3. Add lemon juice, a pinch of salt and gulab jal.
  4. Let it cool and serve after dinner.

My Tip:

The transparency of the papaya slices is why it's called Plastics.
