Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 500gm.boneless chicken
  2. 2 onion
  3. 4 tomatoes
  4. 1 tbsp ginger garlic
  5. 5-6 green chilli
  6. 1 tbsb garam masala
  7. 1 tbsp red chilli
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 tbsp coriander
  10. 1/2 tbsp kasturi methi
  11. 2 tbsp chicken masala

Instructions

  1. Take grinder add onions tomatoes green chilli ginger garlic grind all make a fine paste.
  2. Now add oil in pan add bay leaf clove cinnamon stick big cardamom now add paste saute till turns golden brown add chicken pieces.
  3. Now add all spices and saute again add little water again saute when oils comes out .
  4. Add water and take vessel .when serve add butter and coriander leaves.
