Ingredients to make White Sauce
- 1.5 cups milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Flour (maida)
- 1 tsp White pepper powder
- Salt to taste
Steps to make White Sauce
- Melt butter in a hot pan.
- Add flour immediately once the butter is melted.
- Stir continuously till flour dissolves.
- Add milk, and stir well.
- Add salt and pepper and stir till the sauce becomes thick.
