White Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Flour (maida)
  • 1 tsp White pepper powder
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. Melt butter in a hot pan.
  2. Add flour immediately once the butter is melted.
  3. Stir continuously till flour dissolves.
  4. Add milk, and stir well.
  5. Add salt and pepper and stir till the sauce becomes thick.
