About Chicken Malai Kabab Recipe

Chicken malai kabab is a delicious creamy kabab which is served as a starter. This is made by marinating the boneless chicken pieces with cream, cheese and spices and then they are grilled.

Chicken Malai Kabab

Ingredients to make Chicken Malai Kabab

  • Boneless chicken - 300 gms
  • ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  • Green chilli paste - 1 tsp
  • pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves, finely chopped- 2 tbsp
  • Cheese - 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream - 1 and 1/2 tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • butter- 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Chicken Malai Kabab

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces well with all the other ingredients over night.
  2. Grill it on a preheated oven for about 30- 40 minutes or until it's cooked nicely and the top part has the burnt effect.
  3. Brush the butter every 5 - 10 mins in between.
  4. Serve hot with some grilled onion, paneer and capsicum.

My Tip:

It can also be served with fresh coriander chutney.
