Dea Sandhya.. a cup of suji, nuts of ur choice, ghee 1/2 cup,powdered sugar 3/4th cup and cardamom powder a tsp. Heat a tbsp of ghee and roast the nuts first. Keep aside. In the same pan roast the suji until aromatic and just a slight change in colour, not much and not brown also. Mix the sugar and the rest of the ingredients in that except the ghee. Switch off the flame. Do that only on low flame always. While it's still warm, add warm ghee to it little by little and start shaping into laddus. Do not add the whole of the ghee at once. Keep adding little and shaping. Use up all the ghee in this way. If needed use some more but always remember to use warm ghee. :blush: :blush: Hapie Cooking dea.
