Refined floor with sugar. Mixed well.in cup added half cup milk coco powder bit baking powder n few drops oil. Pinch coffee powder. Mixed well. Then added flour n whishked well. Kept in microwave normal mode three min. Wen I took out it came as a steamed sweet paniyaram
So here's the thing, you'll never get a crust using the microwave. It will always be spongy. If you want that cakey texture you will need to use the convection mode.
