Have a glass of butter milk(chass) If you are prone to stomach aches then eat gur after meals...
Roast ajwein on tava and eat in with water.Have namkeen chaaj or buttermilk i would say.
1 tsp ajwain mixed with 2 pinch of salt should be taken with a glass of warm water... works wonder for stomach ache, indigestion and gastric problems
It aches due to gas formation in the body due to stale food or some starchy foods like rice ,rajma,black daal,chana ,gobhi,alu. Try avoiding these n avoid curd at night.

If pain due to heavy food then soda water good.. If indigestion then ajwain with black salt work or if stomach pain due to periods then 1 tsp methi seeds or methi powder with warm water.. It works

First u need to check for urself what the pain related to as stomach pain causes due to various reasons say for heatburn , acidity, nausea, menstural cycle, indigestion , food infection etc.. Chewing a tbsp of fennel seeds or ginger pieces can reduce indigestion n nausea pain... Add 1/4 cup Carom seeds/ Ajwain to 2 litres of water n boil until reduced to half...Cool at room temperature n store in a bottle at room temperature n consume when needed.. Alternatively soak a tbsp of methi seeds in yoghurt until doubled/ plumped up n consume... Lemon juice consumption reduces menstural pains...
