You can make the following with milk: Make curd out if it. Add a chilly with stem during the process Or Make kheer, add cardamom to get rid of the burnt smell

If the milk is still boiling switch off the gas and put it on a thick wet cloth with lid covered for sometime...It will prevent smell from spreading further into milk

Yeah... making paneer is a good option... make sure to even wash the paneer a couple of times with fresh water, it helps eradicating/ lighten d smell. You can also try reducing this milk in a fresh vessel ... add more milk (a little at a time).... elaichi powder and sugar to make RABRI. It juz happened wid me yest so i added condensed milk, heavy cream sugar and vanilla essence.. n gave a boil again added geletin n let it set in freezer... later i tasted it was awsm lil burny taste n sweet custard

Putting 1 or 2 paan leaves in hot milk will reduce some smell but if its too strong it will remain a little bit
Once ilk is burnt you can not eliminate the smell completely but can reduce the smell by adding elaichi powder ,essence or a little baking soda . The smell of burnt milk cannot be reduced. Every item made from that milk will have the odour . it can be reduced though by adding powdered elaichi.

Add clove and elaichi powder to a part of it, boil it for some time n mix it to the remaining milk. Also if we prepare ice cream or kulfi from this milk it will be eaten up. The ice cream mix flavour will also help to reduce the odour. Above all such reduced milk ice cream or kulfi will taste more yummy apart from the odour.

My sincere advice...just close your eyes n just pour it down d drain. Burnt milk or burnt food is bad for health n contains nil nutrition. Why allow it to be d cause of ill health? Please use a heavy vessel for boiling milk, with gas always in low flame
One thing can be done, throw d burnt part. The rest of d milk you can mix it with rice powder n oats in dosa batter consistency. Refrigerate it n make microwave rice cakes, by pouring one ladle of batter onto a microwave cup smeared with oil. Cook for one minute in high

Anything u make will smell of burnt milk. If at all want to use it...add cardamom milkmaid and boil till it thickens let it cool add some rosr syrup churn it with a blender and pour it in kulfi moulds..

Add some sugar to it and keep stirring till it melts and the milk mixture thickens n changes to a light brown colour. Now u can add elaichi / cardamom powder for aroma and taste. Grease a plate with a drop of oil n pour this mixture on to the plate n spread it evenly. Garnish with rose petals or dry fruits (optional). Let it cool. Then, cut into diamond shape or squares and serve. A tasty treat is ready !

Dea Alisha, a very gud mor 2 u. :blush: i suggest u to throw away that, if it was split milk, u cud hve used it but since this is almost burnt, and even smells wierd, it is better to avoid making anythin out of it.
Put some jaggery into ur milk and warm it a little. Then mix it well and enjoy this new dessert.

Its better that unless and untill the milk has not spoiled then you can make it as a sweet curd by adding sugar according to the quantity of milk sir well on low flame till little thickens switch of gas and add one teaspoon curd and mix well and keep for fermentation. Your sweet curd is ready. Othetwise you can thicken yr milk and make khoya adding ilachi powder and sugar. Sigar is optional
Pls discard it.as this is the only solution for the burnt milk.how much ever u try with other things but that smell wont go completely.
U can make cottage cheese then make burn with tandoori and use with salad or roll,amy recipe,it will test like tandoori
I agree with Simian, Snigdha and Shareen. Whatever u do the smell doesn't go away however do try the tandoori recipes and also give us the feedback
My sister in law too burnt the milk, i tried but nothing worked so i gave it to the dog.. and he was more than happy...

Add some kewra water and make kheer.burning smell will not work if u will add some sfron strands in kewra water.
If it's very strong smell then pls throw it away or else can make PANEER by adding lemon juice depending on the quantity of milk...
May be sometime bread will work. It can absorb burning smell. Try some pieces pour in milk.

Just filter the cream out of it and now keep the milk in refrigerator fir 10 minutes and kerp it for boiling on low flame for 4 minutes while steam comes add a punch of ilachi (cardamom powder) and mix it. Now add sugar mix and remove from fire and serve it for kids really they will drink the ilacho flavour milk. Otherwise you can add instead of ilachi add melted choclayes and mix well and give as a choclate dtink Ok

If u don't like sweet u can make namkeen Paratha by adding salt coriander onions n garam masala powder n by adding some green chill. Elaichi powder. Cinnamon powder n dash of nutmeg powder .by doing this technique no one can make out the smell
Unfortunately however hard you try with all flavourings the burnt smell doesn't go. Add besan lime and turmeric and give yourself a good scrub and if you have lots then the entire family can scrub and see the difference:)
Use lemon or vinegar and make paneer out of it which use can later use to make any dish,. I think kadhai paneer would do just fine cuz of capsicum has that strong flavour to overpower burnt taste. Add some kevra or vanilla essence and u can smell it ..there will be no smell..and u can use it
