Chilli roti..cut roti into pieces, heat oil in pan, put in garlic, green chillies. onion, fry a bit, add capsicum, when cooked put soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, salt and roti pieces. Mix well. Let it warm a bit and its ready.
U can even crush roti and add sugar to it..can add a little butter or desi ghee..its delicious :)
Cut paneer lengthwise capcium onion same way saute. Add mixed herbs chilly powder and salt roll the roti with this filling and toast it in a sandwich maker .
Try this ... it is always how my rotis turn out into a lipsmacking thing.. Well just cut rotis in long slits and deep fry them, then keep them in plate lile the way we do for papdi chaat and spread dahi, green chutney, soat, and all other spices like red chiili powder, zeera powder , chaat masala etc sev which we sprinkle on chaat ... and your so yummy papdi chaat is ready......
U can make a roti cheela. For this make batter of besan as we prepare for cheela/pakoras. Add chopped green chillies, corriender to batter. Heat tawa, pour a little oil/ghee & put roti on tawa, turn on other sode, then spread the besan batter on roti all over, flip over, again spread batter on other side, add ghee/oil, cook both sides till nice crispy.
Cut rotis in triangles n deep fry them.Sprinkle oregano, salt, chilli powder over them. Your roti nachos are ready.
