1. Add blanched palak puree to dosa batter. Make thin dosas and lastly top it with grated cheese before folding it. 2. Saute finely chopped palak in little oil with some onions ,green chillies ,salt, cheese, crushed corn(optional). Now use this mixture as dosa stuffing.
#Natasha Motwani Did try the recipe today! Added a dash of cummin,garlic,green chillies,finely chopped onion,chilli flakes and a hint of garam masala and then added the blanched pureed spinach.once cooled down added cream cheese.Turned out Awsome. Thanks!
