This is the most simplest and quickest breakfast I have ever made. Actually its my own innovation as one day i just woke up early in the morning and i had butterflies in my stomach !! So i finally got an idea and made this toothsome uttapam...

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup idli mix (mtr)
  2. 1/2 cup Buttermilk
  3. Salt optional
  4. Butter 25 grams

Instructions

  1. Firstly take the idli batter and add buttermilk into it.Stir it very well to avoid lumps(if you are using curd then add water also). Then add salt and mix it well. Now take a flat pan. Drizzle some oil on it and pour the batter. Spread it on the pan nicely in a round shape.Now flip it to the other side and drizzle some more oil if needed.When it starts getting crispy take it out from the pan.Dollop with butter.Enjoy with coriander chutney or ketchup!!
