Ingredients to make Sponge bread with oats

  • maida 200 gms
  • yeast 1 1/2 tsp
  • Oats 3tbsp
  • Warm water
  • butter as requeired
  • sugar 3 tbsp
  • Pinch of salt

How to make Sponge bread with oats

  1. In a bowl, add yeast sugar and water and close it till it ferments.
  2. In a vessel. Add maida, oats and salt add yeast mixture and knead it. Keep the dough aside for 1 hour. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep it aside for 20 minutes. Place the dough in a oven at 225 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
  3. Bake it till it turns brown, serve when it cools.

Don't over punch the dough and don't burn it.

Sounds good dear but I'm sure the picture angle can be better, it doesn't do justice to the recipe.
