ABOUT Soaked Channa Daal RECIPE

Ramadan and Eid Receipes.This is a recipe of a delicious side dish made with channa dal.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 killogram Channa daal(washed & soaked for atleast 5 hours)
  2. 1 teaspoonWhite salt
  3. 1/4 teaspoon Black Salt
  4. 1 teaspoon Chaat masalla
  5. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  6. 1 teaspoon roasted Jeera powder
  7. 1 teaspoon Corriander powder
  8. 1/4teaspoon Garam masalla
  9. 5 Lemon juice
  10. 1/2 small bowl Corriander leaves (finely chopped)
  11. 1 big onion(finely chopped)
  12. 3 tablespoon refined oil.

Instructions

  1. First of all throw water of soaked daal with the help of strainer and wash it again.
  2. Now take a pan with oil switch on gas when it becomes hot then put chopped onion chopped green chillies,when onions becomes translucent then put soaked daal and all above mentioned spices on it.
  3. Stir it 3-4 times and put half bowl of Corriander leaves in it, switch off gas and put lemon juice in it.
  4. Now take a serving plate or a bowl transfer dish into it garnish it with Corriander leaves and now it's ready to serve.
