Delicious 3 layers and 3 textured Chocolate Cake

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1st Layer
  2. 10 digestive biscuits crushed
  3. 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  4. half teaspoon honey
  5. 6 tbsp melted butter
  6. 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  7. 2nd Layer
  8. 4 egg whites
  9. 4 egg yolks
  10. 3/4 Cup granulated sugar
  11. one third cup cocoa powder
  12. one teaspoon Vanilla extract
  13. one teaspoon vinegar
  14. 2 cups full fat milk
  15. half cup all purpose flour
  16. 3rd Layer
  17. one and half cup whipping cream
  18. 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  19. 2 tbsp icing sugar

Instructions

  1. preheat the oven to 180 degree and line a cake tin with a parchment paper
  2. in a bowl combine the digestive biscuits crumbs , sugar ,cocoa powder, melted butter and honey until well combined
  3. add the mixture to the baking Pan and level evenly bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool
  4. reduce the oven temperature to 160 degree
  5. sieve the flour and cocoa powder keep it aside
  6. in a bowl beat the egg yolks to this add sugar and whisk until pale yellow
  7. add butter Vanilla extract and whisk until well combined. Add dry ingredients and mix well
  8. slowly add the milk , stirring continuously until a wet Batter is formed
  9. beat egg whites until frothy. now add vinegar and blend until it starts forming peaks slowly add the egg whites to this chocolate Batter and gently fold with a spatula
  10. Pour over the crusted layer and bake for 30-40 minutes until edges are set and centre is still slightly jiggly. Allow to cool for 1 hout
  11. invert the cooled cake on to a plate remove the parchment paper flip the cake again so that the crusted layer is at the bottom
  12. in a bowl with cream until it Doubles in volume to this add the icing sugar and the cocoa powder and blend well
  13. spread the whipped chocolate cream onto the cake slice and serve
