ABOUT Rose Flavour Falooda RECIPE

This is a perfect Eid desert, falooda with the flavour of rose in it.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 and 1/2 litre milk
  2. 1 cup falooda sev or vermicelli
  3. 4 spoon basil seeds
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 3 spoon chopped dry fruits [any chopped fruit of your choice]
  6. 4 scoop icecream [I have used vanilla ice cream]
  7. 1/2 cup rose syrup

Instructions

  1. Soak basil seeds in a cup of water.
  2. Put milk in heavy bottomed pan and let it boil.
  3. When milk is reduced to half the amount, add sugar and after 2-3 minutes, switch off the gas.
  4. Cool the milk completely and mix rose syrup in it.
  5. Boil the falooda sev in water and cool it.
  6. Now pour soaked basil seeds in a glass, then put boiled falooda sev and pour chilled sweetened milk.
  7. Garnish with icecream and chopped dry fruits.
  8. Serve chilled.
