Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For outer covering
  2. 4 boiled potatoes
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Rice flour ¼ cup
  5. Minced garlic 1 spoon
  6. Red chilli powder ¼ spoon
  7. Chopped Green chilli 1
  8. Garam masala ½ spoon
  9. Dried mango powder ¼ spoon
  10. For stuffing
  11. Boiled corn ¼ cup
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. Dried mango powder ¼ spoon
  14. Red chilli powder ¼ spoon
  15. Garam masala ½ spoon
  16. Chat masala ½ spoon
  17. Oil fir frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients of stuffing and keep aside
  2. Mix all ingredients of outer covering and make a tight dough
  3. Divide the dough in equal portions and spread with finger
  4. Stuff in spoon of stuffing inside and give desired shape
  5. Fry carefully on medium flame, in hot oil.
