Ingredients to make Ghee bhaat Masale dosa

  • Dosa is 3:1 cups of boiled rice and urad dal soak over night
  • For lemon rice- one cup boiled rice
  • Haldi 1/2 tsp
  • Rai 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Chutney- coconut 1/2 cup
  • Daliya dai 1/2 cup
  • Curry leaves a few
  • For aloo ka masala- Boiled aloo 2
  • Oil a tsp
  • Rai- 1/2 tsp
  • Haldi- 1/2 tsp
  • Curry patta- a few
  • Salt to taste

How to make Ghee bhaat Masale dosa

  1. Soak, grind and ferment for dosa batter. Make the dosas.
  2. For chutney grind all together and add salt.
  3. Lemon rice- boil rice and keep in a kadai add oil a tsp add rai, haldi curry, leaves and rice, add salt to taste.
  4. In a pan add oil, rai, curry leaves, haldi and add the boiled potato, add salt. Mix well.
  5. Make a dosa, place rice in the centre, add aloo ka masala , roll n serve hot with chutney.
My Tip: Can add green chillies for a spicy flavour.
