Mango Mawa Rolls

Ingredients to make Mango Mawa Rolls

  • puree of 2 mangoes
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 kg mawa
  • 5 tsp desiccated coconut
  • Mix dry fruits finely chopped
  • 2 tsp besan

How to make Mango Mawa Rolls

  1. Make mango puree in mixer.
  2. In a pan add ghee and mawa, once it changes colour, add mango puree, sugar and keep stirring so it does not stick to the bottom.
  3. Keep stirring till it leaves ghee. If it does not then add besan and keep stiring till it leaves ghee.
  4. Take aluminium foil, grease it with ghee, put the mixture, pat it with hands and give desired shape.
  5. For stuffing take 3/4 tsp of mawa and chopped dry fruits, mix well and spread on it. Slowly roll it with the help of foil, wrap in it and keep in the fridge for atleast 1 hour.
  6. Cut the cold logs into discs and serve.
