About Pudina (mint) pulao Recipe

Pudina is healthy and good in taste.

Pudina (mint) pulao

Ingredients to make Pudina (mint) pulao

  • 1 bunch mint cleaned, washed
  • 1bowl rice
  • 2 onions
  • 2 green chilly paste
  • ginger/ garlic paste
  • 1 tomato
  • salt as per taste
  • 1tsp red chilly pd
  • Pinch of haldi
  • 1 tsp gram masala or paulao masala

How to make Pudina (mint) pulao

  1. Make puree of mint leaves. Chop onion, green chille and tamato.
  2. Par boil rice, strain rice and keep aside, in pan put oil or ghee and add kahda masala (badi elachi 2, 3 long, 1 inch dalchini, zeera)
  3. Add Onion and saute till changes color, add green chillies n ginger/garlic paste and saute. Add tomatoes, mint puree, salt, red chilly, haldi and saute till it leaves oil and add gram masala, rice nicely.
  4. Fold and mix the rice in it, cover and keep on gas for 2-3 minutes more.
