Wheat flour halwa (kadah prasad)

Ingredients to make Wheat flour halwa (kadah prasad)

  • 1 bowl wheat flour
  • 1 bowl sugar
  • 3/4 bowl desi ghee
  • 3 bowl water

How to make Wheat flour halwa (kadah prasad)

  1. 1-In a large pan or kadai add desi ghee and melt it.
  2. 2-Add wheat flour and stir it continues on medium flame till its color changes to brown.
  3. 3-Now add sugar.
  4. 4-add water slowly continously stirring with other hand.
  5. 5- Make sure no lumps should be there.
  6. 6- When thick turn off the gas.
  7. 7- First offer to your god then serve hot.

My Tip:

After adding water continously stirring will give smooth texture to your halwa.
