Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole wheat flour.1cup.
  2. Butter 1+1table spoon.
  3. Mint powder 1table spoon .(u may use fresh mint leaves also.)
  4. Garam masala powder 1/2tea spoon.
  5. Salt1tea spoon.
  6. Nigella seeds1/2tea spoon.
  7. Water 1/2cup or ad required.

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients exept one table spoon butter. Mash to make crumbleadd water and make a semi hard dough.
  2. Cover and leave for 5_7 minutes.
  3. Divide into 2parts.
  4. Roll each parth into a 1cmthick tikia .
  5. Heat a tawa .cook on medium flame till golden .apply 1/2table spoon butter on each tikia .
  6. Cook further for 1minute to get agolden lovely colour .
  7. Serve with achar of your choice.
