  1. 500 ml fill fat milk I take Amul. Gold
  2. 500 ml fresh cream. I take Amul cream
  3. 2 tbsp curd
  4. 1/2 tsp cream of tarter
  5. Or juice of one lemon

Instructions

  1. 1§In a heavy bottom pan add milk and cream and put in heat.. 2 let heat it stir it once or twice.. It will be hot but not boil. 3 switch off the gas. 4 let it be cool for a mint or two. 5 Now add curd and lemon juice or cream. Of tarter. 6 mix well. The mixture getting thick but not to curdle. 7 once cool cover it with a lid and keep aside for next 7/8 hrs 8 once it set now transfer it in a muslin cloth and keep on a strainer and keep it in fridge for next 6 hrs. 9 here your mascarponi cheese is ready. Collect and keep. In a air tight container. 10 you can store it for 7 days.
